THESE CONVERTERS ARE DESIGNED FOR SEVERE RACING AND OTHER OFF-ROAD APPLICATIONS. THEY FEATURE: FURNACE BRAZED IMPELLER AND TURBINE, IMPELLER BALLOONING PLATE, HEAVY DUTY BEARING SUPPORT, SELECTED IMPELLER AND STATOR COMBINATIONS FOR DESIRED STALL SPEEDS, HEAVY DUTY ONE WAY CLUTCH (SPRAG) ASSEMBLY REQUIRED FOR TRANS BRAKE USE, BILLET STEEL TURBINE HUB, THREE SETS OF HEAVY DUTY THRUST BEARINGS, STRUCTURALLY DESIGNED AND REINFORCED FRONT COVER TO PREVENT BALLOONING, AND ARE BALANCED AND PRESSURE TESTED. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE STEEL STATOR RACE CONVERTERS
OUR TOP OF THE LINE STEELS STATOR CONVERTERS ARE CAD DESIGNED, CUSTOM FABRICATED AND CNC MACHINED. STEEL STATORS REPLACE THE CAST ALUMINUM VERSIONS USED IN ALL OTHER MODELS. THE USE OF THIS STEEL STATOR NOT ONLY MAKES THIS OUR STRONGEST UNIT AVAILABLE BUT WITH UNLIMITED STATOR DESIGNS IT ALLOWS US TO FINE TUNE PERFORMANCE LEVELS. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE STEEL STATOR RACE CONVERTERS ARE AVAILABLE IN 7", 8" AND 10" DIAMETERS. 10" CONVERTERS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR BLOWN AND INJECTED OF NITROUS EQUIPPED MONSTER ENGINES. THESE CONVERTERS ARE FOR STREET USE IN STOCK APPLICATIONS ONLY. EACH CONVERTER IS REBUILT TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS, BALANCED AND PRESSURE TESTED.
RV AND TWO STREET CONVERTERS
THESE CONVERTERS ARE AVAILABLE IN 12" AND 13" DIAMETERS WITH STOCK STALL SPEEDS. THE IMPELLER AND TURBINE BLADES ARE TIG WELDED FOR ADDED STRENGTH. THEY CONTAIN HEAVY DUTY IMPELLER BEARING AND ARE BALANCED AND PRESSURE TESTED.
